It's freaky acoustic music hinting to Eastern landscapes and flavours... acoustic guitars, harmonium, dreamy, acid electric guitars, percussions, flutes, and other exotic woodwinds, chanting voices, vibes and cymbals.
... then, suddenly... some German singing with a shenai and vibes accompaniement...
In early '70s life was simpler or it's only memory lacking focus and smoothing the past... BUT, without any doubt, they sure were times open to experimenting and having good time...
